Now Hiring: Lead Driver

Job duties include:

  • Perform daily truck inspections prior to going out on jobs. Must be thorough with notes and report any issues to the main office immediately.
  • Responsible for driving trucks to and from job sites. Possible out-of-state moves to Oregon and other neighboring states may be required.
  • Ability to arrive promptly at start times and travel to job sites safely.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all employees and management.
  • Ability to work full-time (8 hours) shifts, with occasional overtime shifts when required.
  • Loading and unloading furniture and related materials onto and off trucks, ensuring that appropriate padding and straps/tape are used to prevent damage.
  • Interact courteously with customers while on job sites.
  • Lifting up to 70lbs on your own

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license in any state
  • Great driving record with no incidents
  • A smartphone that can support Connect Team, our time-tracking and scheduling app

    Background check and drug test required

Preferred:

  • Experience driving 26′ box trucks
  • Need a valid DOT medical card

Details:

  • Pay based on experience
  • 30-50 hours/week
  • Monday-Saturday

Now Hiring: Crew Lead

Job duties include:

  • Loads and unloads furniture and related materials onto and off trucks, ensuring that appropriate padding and straps/tape are used to prevent damage
  • Oversees the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all employees and management
  • Train employees on moving processes such as loading, wrapping, and packing
  • Interact courteously with customers to communicate ETAs, obtain payments, signatures, and issue receipts
  • Perform daily truck inspections prior to going out on jobs. Must be thorough with notes and report any issues to the office immediately
  • Responsible for driving trucks to and from jobs
  • Make sure time is properly managed by employees/crew members
  • Manage toolboxes and other tools

Requirements:

  • Be able to lift up to 70lbs on their own
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
  • Valid driver’s license
  • A smartphone that can support Connect Team, our time-tracking and scheduling app

    Background check and drug test required

Preferred:

  • 2+ years experience

  • Experience in dealing with high-stress situations

  • Need a valid DOT medical card

Details:

  • Pay based on experience
  • 30-50 hours/week
  • Monday-Saturday

Job duties include:

  • Loads and unloads furniture and related materials onto and off trucks, ensuring that appropriate padding and straps/tape are used to prevent damage
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all employees and management
  • Interact courteously with customers while on jobs

Requirements:

  • Be able to lift up to 70lbs on their own
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license

  • 2+ years experience

  • Great communication skills
