Choosing piano movers
Moving a piano isn’t the same as packing up a house or office (although we’re great at that too!). When choosing professional piano movers you need to look for experience. Since 1998 we’ve moved thousands of pianos throughout the Vancouver area.
Compare rates, get written estimates, and make sure you know what the job will cost. Ask to see a valid permit from the Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC), as well as proof of insurance.
You’ll also want to find out how much advance notice is needed, especially if you need your piano moved in a hurry. In addition to a piano mover’s availability, find out their schedule. At ANC Movers, for example, we move pianos Monday-Saturday.
