How we move your piano
When you call us, we’ll start by asking you some questions over the phone. It only takes a few minutes and we’ll usually be able to give you a quote right away. What are your rates?
For each piano we move, we provide a quote that we’ll stand behind. Our only surcharge is for when we have to move a piano up or down a flight of stairs.
There are no hidden charges or fees. We guarantee it.
What moving equipment do you use?
Our piano skids, moving pads, protective blankets, ramps, slings, straps, and other piano moving equipment are in excellent condition at all times. And our trucks are always clean and ready to go.
Does my piano need to be tuned after moving?
We do recommend that you have a piano tuner come out within about 3 weeks of the move to check things out and see if your piano needs to be tuned. We work with a few local piano tuners and would be happy to provide a recommendation.
I’m a professional musician. Can you move my grand piano to my next gig and back home again?
Absolutely! We love music and we’ve done round-trip piano moves for many musicians over the years. We’ll take care of everything.
Are you insured?
Yes! Our piano movers carry a $2 million dollar liability insurance policy, plus an additional $50,000 in cargo coverage to protect your piano.
Do you hire day workers?
Never! Our piano movers are all trained and experienced employees of ANC Movers. They’ll be responsible for your piano’s safety throughout the entire moving process.
